The Ihangane Project provides technical and financial support for community-initiated projects that address HIV prevention, education, diagnosis, or treatment. We believe that grassroots solutions are the best means of addressing the needs of a community. Our work is currently focused in a rural community in the Northern Province of Rwanda.
