Terms and Conditions

  1. Videos must be about Kindness

  2. CommonKindness will not post any video which is deemed offensive, in violation of the law or which is unsuitable or inappropriate in any manner.

  3. All work submitted must be an original work. We will accept videos created by you. You are required to comply with all U.S. and international copyright laws, any and all laws regarding intellectual property and you will indemnify CommonKindness and its affiliates for any violations in connection with the image(s) submitted.

  4. CommonKindness will select and announce the videos that will receive the $200 reward at the beginning of every month, and the $2010 reward at the end of the year.

  5. Your video and name will become part of the CommonKindness website content and can be used or reproduced on the CommonKindness website.
